Can you play with an Xbox controller?
The Steam version lists partial Xbox controller support. That refers to using a controller on a PC; it does not make the game playable on an Xbox console. Partial support also does not promise that every menu or action will work without a keyboard and mouse.
If you plan to play on a computer with an Xbox controller, you will still need the PC version once it releases and a computer that meets the Windows PC requirements.
Is it coming to Game Pass or the Xbox PC store?
There is no announced Game Pass release or Xbox PC store version. Windows support alone does not mean a game is distributed through the Xbox app. At present, Steam is the announced PC store, and its release date remains to be announced.
For an Xbox-only player, there is currently no console purchase or subscription route to this game.
