Why does Steam mention PlayStation controllers?
The PC version lists partial PlayStation controller support. This means a PlayStation controller can be an input option on a computer; it does not mean there is a native PS5 or PS4 game. Partial support may still require a keyboard or mouse for some actions.
It also does not establish PS5-specific features such as adaptive triggers or haptic feedback. Those features need a game-specific announcement.
Can PS Plus give you access?
There is no announced PS Plus release or PlayStation trial. A subscription therefore is not a current way to play Bet Your Friends on PS5.
If you also have a Windows PC, you can wishlist the Steam version while waiting for its release date. That wishlist does not reserve a PlayStation copy. If you only play on PS5, you will need a separate PlayStation announcement before there is a console version to plan around.
